 At a young age I was drawn to the restaurant business. Working in kitchens across the Philadelphia areA instilled a passion FOR HOSPITALITY before attending Syracuse University to pursue a degree in Foodservice Management.   After college I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to work for companies such as Marriott, Whyndam, Ian Schrager Hotels tO DEVELOP RESTAURANTS & bARS.  

         For the past 15 years I operated my own restaurants in Washington DC and now it is time to share what I have learned over the past 25 years with you.   Whatever your needs I am excited for the opportunity to help you succeed.
